Haley Nelson Associates (HNA) now offers Geotechnical & Construction Materials Testing services through K.C. Geotechnical Labs, LLC (KCGL). In an effort to provide complete engineering services KCGL has hired Marcus W. Horner, P.E. with over six years of construction materials testing experience and five years of geotechnical engineering experience; and can now implement quality control during the construction phase of projects.
