To complement the first class services provided by K.C. Engineering, Inc. (KCE) we can offer the services of HNA Construction, LLC and K.C. Geotechnical Labs, LLC under the Haley Nelson Associates (HNA) name for the Highland Lakes area's exclusive "Design-Build Family of Companies". The inspiration for moving in the "design-build" direction lies primarily with our loyal customers. As we listened closely to their needs, we discovered that continuity of a design-build allowed the customer more time to focus on their project, less downtime, fewer change orders, and greater confidence in the end product. Additionally, with fewer "links in the chain", the customer has greater control over the budget of their project. From our customers' perspective, the most exciting part of this process is that nothing has really changed about our philosophy since day one. We are still "committed to operating a business based on the highest standards of morality and professionalism."
